Take a 2 mile stroll from Bayview Farm Cottages along the quiet Feigh Road to join the Causeway Road for a short time and turn right to Dunseverick Castle. There you will meet the Causeway Coast path which follows stunning cliffs with outstanding views of Rathlin Island, Islay and the Mull of Kintyre. There is an abundance of wonderfully coloured natural fauna, and fantastic wildlife to catch the eye – a glimpse of Whale or Dolphin is not unheard of. The rock pools themselves provide wonderfully safe swimming and remain clean and cool as they fill from the Atlantic at high tide. For the more adventurous Diving and Coasteering may also be enjoyed here. This walk will take around 40mins each way but is definitely worth the effort.
Alternatively you can drive the short distance to Dunseverick Castle and hike East from there on the Coast path.
Or cycle to the steps leading to the pools / drive and park at the small picturesque harbour.
